The Company

PlasticFri is a Greentech startup based in Sweden that has developed a ground-breaking technology to create plant-based and environmentally-friendly alternatives for as a replacement for disposable plastic products.

Earlier this year, PlasticFri was awarded as the "world's most innovative sustainability startup" in competition with 1402 companies worldwide!

The Role

As the Social Media responsible, you have overall responsibility for PlasticFri's presence on the internet and marketing. You will have an operational role and work with driving engagement on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter. You will be part of the Marketing team and work closely with communications and marketing manager

Responsibilities include:

·      Maintain social media with daily updates to increase interaction and following

·      Assist core team with marketing campaign strategy

·      Create content for marketing, including images and video

·      Project management and production of advertising material

·      Weekly meeting with the Head of Communication

Ideal Candidate

·      Passionate about environment and sustainability

·      Fluent in English and Swedish in both speech and writing

·      Experience in social media and driving engagement

·      Experience of working with communication

·      Experience with photo editing, writing content and digital marketing

·      You have a solid knowledge of working with Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

·      Graduate or student in the field of Communications, Marketing or related field or other relevant expertise

·       You can work independently and meet deadlines

·       You enjoy working in the startup environment
