Hollbium is an impact startup making sustainable indoor farming a natural part of any living and working interior. As our first product starts shipping to paying customers, our focus is also shifting from research & product development to scaling up sales & partnerships.

About the First Product: Hollbium Loop transforms your walls into sustainable farmland without taking up floor space. Through minimalistic design, we’ve created an automated and self-sufficient solution that elevates the interior design of any space. Our circular and full-service subscription model is a hassle-free way for businesses to create more sustainable and healthy environments for their employees and tenants. Who: We’re at an exciting phase of scaling our business and are looking for someone to join our passionate & self-driven team. You’ll work closely with our CEO both learning and adding value across the entire business.  We think you will do this part-time work (10-15 hours a week) alongside studies within engineering, sustainability or product development. A significant part of the job is hands-on operations with and at the active clients' premises. I.e visit customer sites to perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, document them and transmit the information to our development team. This is an important role for our future success as you will be a key person for successful long-term customer retention and growth together with the rest of the team.

• Have a passion for growing plants and want to improve your Hydroponic knowledge

It is also a plus if you have:

• you are familiar with the particle system and Arduinos

• an interest in interior design, employee well-being and employer branding as these are key sales aspects of the first product

• something growing at home?

We want to have a trial period of 3 months and then, if everything went well, pass-on to a paid role.
