The Central Analysis team within Sales & Commercial Operations Support is now looking for a sales driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join us in H&M’s head office in Stockholm.

I am Jacob Adwall and I am head of the Central Analysis team at H&M. We are currently a group of 10 team members, and I am very excited about the fact that my team is growing even further. To continue doing this successfully, we now need a Business Intelligence Analyst that will support in developing our BI portfolio. You will team up with colleagues from different functions and from all over the world, which will give you a great opportunity to have a global impact and to develop networks.

You will be expected to:

• Join our team of BI Analysts in developing and aligning our analytical toolbox with our current business needs
• Ensure output quality of our BI tools in terms of i.e. data quality and user friendliness
• Support our markets in reaching commercial goals through analysis

• Work to increase the understanding and competence of BI tools and analysis in our markets

• Foresee future BI and analytical needs and drive the development of these together with relevant business- or IT stakeholders

• Identify opportunities to improve data-driven decision making in order to reach our company vision

We are looking for a team member with:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in economics, engineering or equivalent academic education
• Knowledge of data visualization and data modeling in Power BI and Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of SQL and DAX (VBA, R, Python and or similar is a plus)
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken
• Genuine interest in how to create business value with the use of data
• Strong analytical skills
• Track record of creating amazing results and having a strong business acumen
• Great team spirit, who enjoys working in a diverse work environment
• Creative, curious and solution orientated mind-set
• Work experience from similar roles is advantageous

This is a full time position located at the Head Office in Stockholm. Start date is flexible but preferably as soon as possible.
