Service Engineer i Kista

We are looking for a Service Engineer to join our team. The role is highly specialized for L&W products where you will be expected to proactively support sales of service and get an extensive training in the factory and on-the-job. As a Service Engineer you will also be part of the International Service team in Kista Factory. The position will certainly offer you variation, a most competent team and an exciting international workplace.

• Visit customers on site in Sweden and abroad (20-25 weeks/year).
• Perform calibration, repairs and maintenance on lab equipment from ABB/ L&W Products on site and in workshop.
• Issue calibration and test reports to customers after visit.
• Perform phone and mail support to customers and colleagues.
• Report sales leads to Area Sales Manager.
• Live ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

• Sound engineering background (a Bachelor’s degree or higher within electronics/ electromechanics), or a minimum of 2 years of practice within field of experience.
• Ability to work methodically and structured.
• Flexible and self-going mindset (travel alone).
• Good language skills of both Swedish and English.
