About this opportunity

You will be part of the Swedish Digital Sales team. By combining our skills and experience within the team we have one common objective - to boost customer experience and sales for key products. We take responsibility for traffic generation to our digital stores, one-2-one messages in our digital platforms, content creation and conversion optimization.

While you are working day to day within the Digital Sales execution team in Sweden, you will also be a member of the Nordic Web Analytics & Online Optimization team. It is a team supporting business units with the collection of online data, providing insights and performing optimization of business online. Within this team you will have Nordic colleagues with similar roles as yourself, and this is where you can expect to get your guidance, sparring, professional development, role descriptions and targets.
As an Conversion Optimization Specialist, your role will be focussed on conversion rate optimization of flows within the local market.

What you will be doing:

  1. Using a hypothesis driven approach you will build A/B/n, Multi Variate tests and activities to personalize experiences for our customers
    • Your primary focus will be to drive increased funnel engagement towards the defined performance indicators as well as sales volumes and customer satisfaction
    • Build a local testing plan with emphasis on the strategically important areas
    • Document how the experimentation impacts the targets set for the team
    • Share learnings through documentation and knowledge sharing, for team and cross country usage
    • Support the process for implementing winning variant to production
  2. Foster collaboration across teams, ensuring all the important areas are covered
    As you will be working in the local Digital Sales team, you will have lots of great colleagues both within the team and outside who can support the optimization initiatives. Among others you will work with:
    • Web Analysts and Qualitative researchers, ensuring your hypothesis is supported by data, getting help when needed for pre- and post analysis
    • Digital Marketing Responsibles who is coordinating all activities within an product area.
    • The product responsible areas ensuring collaboration on larger experiments, build bridges between people and units, aligning changes to ensure stability etc.
    • Content managers for ensuring we have the right copy, images, content
    • Paid media specialist around continuous landing page optimization activities, and ensuring consistency between external ads and communication on pages

Your experience and background:  

  • Have at least 3-5 years of hands on experience with Conversion Rate Optimization, with a primary focus on A/B/n tests
  • Strong understanding of performance indicators with a clear focus on a balance on micro and macro conversion and the correlations between them
  • Multiple years of experience working with Web Analytics data to support your work
  • You have a solid technical background, understanding how online data works, and ideally how debug it. You are familiar with doing QA of an experiment.
  • Adequate understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as you should be able to perform sparring with a developer, and understand what is possible. If you are able to write some of the simple code, it is considered a plus
  • Proficiency with probability and statistics, or a willingness to understand what is under the hood of the tools your work with
  • A degree in Statistics, Marketing, Usability, Data Science or similar. Equivalent years of experience will be considered lieu of a degree
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English both verbal and in writing

  • Adobe Analytics
  • Adobe Audience Manager
  • Accutics
  • SAS Marketing Automation

Experience with these tools are considered a strong plus, but it is not a requirement.
