Who we are looking for

We are looking for people with a range of skills to work across business operations (from app development to marketing). What is most important to us is that you are passionate about the work we do, that you take initiative, and are willing to learn during your time with us. 

It is also beneficial if you have some of the following:

either:

• Experience in photography and/or videography
• An interest and/or experience in social media marketing
• Experience using photo editing software such as Photoshop or PhotoGIMP
• Experience in video editing

or:

• A comprehensive understanding of the sustainability issues that the fashion industry faces, and an interest to broaden your knowledge in this area
• An excellent ability to write a wide variety of texts in English, including academic writing, articles, and blog posts
• Have a unique and analytical perspective on common topics
• Experience doing rigorous academic research

or:

• Experience in event planning 
• Experience in and/or an understanding of influencer marketing
• A strong interest in fashion and keeping up with new trends
• Enjoys finding new small fashion brands 

What you will do

Your responsibilities will vary depending on your skills and interests. Examples of what you could be doing include:

• Planning social media feeds and finding new ways to grow following and engagement
• Engaging social media influencers and brand ambassadors 
• Organising photoshoots
• Plan launch and pre-launch events and engage with press
• Create promotional videos
• Write relevant articles and blog posts to be shared on Conclo or on third party channels
• Scout for up-and-coming sustainable fashion brands to invite to sell on Conclo
• Update the sustainability criteria that brands need to fulfil to sell on Conclo
• Review new brands’ sustainability and ethics
