What’s in it for you?


In the My Volvo Digital Art, we work in customer-centric product teams to build products that make owning a car better. We work on products and platforms such as Volvo On Call app, Service Booking, www.volvocars.com and APIs for building new innovative services.


The team is located in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Sweden, and we also have teams in the US and in China. Many of the people you will be working with have experience from start-ups and global tech companies such as Spotify, Google, Ericsson, Microsoft, Tradera, Klarna and King.


We are now looking for a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART). You will be responsible organizing the ART and assist the teams in delivering value to our end-users. Quick thinking, excellent communication, and team coordination are among the most paramount skills required for this role.
 

What you’ll do
Be a servant leader - As a leader you will drive & organize key events & activities such as planning sessions, product DEMOs for all the teams in the ART. Facilitating communication while we work from home more.

 

Be an agile Coach - Help all teams move in a direction to become high performing by performing Team health checks, facilitate important team rituals such as: Retros, Postmortems, Team creations and Kick-offs, define and Measure ART engagement metrics.


Deliver on Program Management - Accountable for delivering on program expectations by building and sharing a detailed program roadmap and scrum/Kanban board, Holds teams accountable for handshakes, Escalate and identifies blockers and impediments.
 

You and your skills
We believe you are empathic - You have your finger on the pulse of customers in your markets so that you always examine problems from the customer's perspective.


We believe have excellent Interpersonal Skills - You have the ability to excel in building relationships across all different parts of the ecosystem from our colleagues in HQ to team members in the ART.


You are Self-Motivated - You are a true self-starter that is energetic, resourceful, and driven. You are eager to take ownership of tasks to ensure the most value is created.


You are a Clear communicator: You are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights.
 

Experience and educational background
We believe you have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technology.
You probably have multiple years of experience working as a release train engineer, agile coach and/or program manager.


Location – Stockholm or Gothenburg.
