About this opportunity

Welcome to the Digital Sales team in Sweden. As a Digital Marketing Manager you will play a valuable role in driving Nordea’s digital marketing efforts toward consumers. You will hang out with enthusiastic digital sales and marketing specialists who are eager to raise the bar for digital banking for personal customers in Sweden. In your team you have the mix of competences needed to execute on identified needs and opportunities, such as web analyst, copy writer and media performance specialist.

What you'll be doing: 
 

  • Translate customer needs and business opportunities into active digital sales and marketing actions.
  • Drive and coordinate digital efforts across full digital sales funnels. 
  • Work closely with specialists within SEO, SEM, display, and content creation etc. to ensure we are driving converting traffic in all channels. 
  • Challenge and optimize content and flows to increase impact and conversion in every step of the sales funnel. 
  • Ensure high quality of creativity and great customer experience in digital channels 
  • Spend probably too much time examining analytics (your best friend) to be on top of tracking and performance of our services – always looking for success and potential improvements 
  • Ensure brand identity, brand guidelines and compliance regulations are adhered to

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have: 

  • A data driven mindset, a passion for sales and continuously optimization of sales funnels
  • 5+ years digital sales and marketing experience within a larger company 
  • Experience in leading a team of specialists to efficiently plan, execute and evaluate digital marketing campaigns and continuously optimise ongoing activities. 
  • Experience with Content Management Tools and/or Web analytics tools is a plus, in our case we use SDL Tridion and Adobe Analytics. 
  • Vast experience in stakeholder management 
  • Experience working with a major financial brand would be preferable.
  • Fluency in both written and verbal Swedish & English (professional level) 
  • Master’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or related field. Equivalent years of working experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
