What you will do as Information Security Specialist

As an Information Security Specialist, you will work with the overall steering and security process to enable the product teams to have the right level of security. We strive to automate our security process and together with engineers you will work with compliance as code. You will analyze risks, find solutions and drive strategic changes. This is a possibility to steer, influence and form H&M Groups way forward.

As a skilled information security specialist, we believe you have a holistic view on our security posture, and you know the necessary actions needed to be a security-minded organisation. Collaboration is key, and by your side you will have security specialist, engineers and data analysts to assess the way forward.

Opportunity, mindset and skills

You will contribute with your experience and best practice knowledge in the area of ​​information security. To understand your main audience and to speak their “language” we believe you have a technical background. You understand how information security assurance works in practice, and now you want to optimize and simplify.

You have worked with industry standards for information security and understand their underlying principles and reasoning. We also expect you to be experienced enough to own and drive risks and changes independently. It is preferable to have experience from working with ISMS.
