An exciting opportunity has arisen at Lantmännen Cerealia for a Head of Operations Controlling to join us at our office in Stockholm, Helsinki or Malmö. Lantmännen Cerealia, as a business, is on a journey with a clear direction and have a successful track-record during the past 2 years improving the business performance significantly.

Working in Cerealia in the role as Head of Operations Controlling provides great opportunities to influence the further evolvement of the business through empowering leadership, optimize the way-of-working as well as developing a high performing team. As part of the Cerealia Finance team you will have highly engaged and capable colleagues. You will also have access to the Lantmännen Finance community.

This is what you will do

You will act as finance Business Partner for the Operations Director in Lantmännen Cerealia. You will lead our Operations Business Controlling team consisting of production, supply chain and procurement business controlling. You will analyze the business performance and ensure a high quality output in monthly reporting and financial planning.

Furthermore, you will plan and develop the reporting and planning systems and processes for operations business controlling and drive the BI analytics development. You will also build partnerships with operations senior management and the rest of the finance team, and are a member of Cerealia's Operations Management Team (OLT) and Finance Leadership Team (FLT).

You will report to the Tiia Ranta, CFO of Lantmännen Cerealia.

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

• Broad, extensive experience from leading roles within business controlling and high level of understanding on operations mechanisms and accounting in international FMCG companies
• Experience from and a proven, successful track record in building processes and working with reporting and analytics development
• Experience with different ERP systems, preferably M3, and BI and planning tools, preferably Cognos environment
• Experience from leading, empowering and developing high performing team
• Academic degree in economics/finance
