Job Description

We are now looking for a People Data Analyst to become part of an exciting HR journey in the H&M Brand. We are a truly a cross functional team that support and collaborate with all H&M Brand’s functions.  

As a People Data Analyst, you will work with H&Ms People Data, communicating to the business in a clear way making sure to proactively support the business with correct and relevant people data analysis.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Updating and developing the current powerBI solution
  • Holding demo tours and promoting the BI solution
  • Ad Hoc reporting support for central HR
  • Supporting data collection and administration of our yearly People Engagement Pulse (PEP) via the User Import Template (UIT)
  • Being key point of contact and supporting the business in the analysis of the PEP results (creating global result analysis, sales market analysis, central HR analysis)
  • Assist in Roll out of our new Global People Data- solution.
  • Assist in building the People Analytics-solution of tomorrow, based on this new Global People Data Solution.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience within People Analytics that are ready to take the next step in a dynamic and global context where you will have the possibility to shape your role and future journey. We think that you have: 

  • Experience within People Analytics
  • Solid knowledge of Power BI 
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in working with a big HRIS-system (preferably SAP Successfactors)
  • Preferably understanding of HR Master Data
  • Understanding of Basic Statistics

  • Are communicative and collaborative
  • Have a trial and error mindset. Some tasks will make you want to pull your hair out. But by failing, and failing again, slowly you will reach a solution.

Additional Information

You will be part if a team of HR specialists and report to H&M Brand People Analytics & Workforce Planning Manager. This is a full-time position based in Stockholm.
