We’re looking to extend our growth marketing team at Scrintal (www.scrintal.com), with a digital marketer with experience in B2C SaaS product marketing. You’ll have direct responsibility and key initiative-taking opportunities to shape the future of our growth engine. You’ll be working closely with the founding team to build the next generation data analysis platform. Our Expectations We're looking for someone who can be with us from the beginning of our journey to create a compelling digital strategy, run lean A/B testing in every decision we take, execute the plan and measure ROI. * Proactively take the lead in shaping, implementing and measuring our digital growth strategy * Increase the monthly quality traffic to our website significantly in less than a year * Propose and implement changes that will improve the conversion between free trials and paid users * Always show the reasoning behind your suggestions based on factual data * Identify where our bottlenecks are on the website or in our business model and proactively suggest action plans to improve it * Shape and optimize our SEO strategy including landing pages, blog posts etc. * Proactively track trends and propose new channels to reach our audience As you can see, we would like to get your hands dirty and not be afraid of execution. It is completely ok if things don’t work - we learn together and improve! Don’t be afraid of being wrong, we are humans! Your experience and desire to GROW * Experience in SaaS product marketing. It is a HUGE plus if you have worked in marketing a SaaS product before. * Wide range of skills covering the marketing process. Having a very good knowledge of SEO (optimize our content strategy), SEM (setting up & optimizing the ads effectively), ability to set metrics in and track Google Analytics, propose improvements based on the A/B tests * Strategise & Execute: You're both highly strategic and very executional — capable of developing a message based on goals, choosing the right channels, and ushering it through publication. * Be able to manage a range of freelancers including but not limited to to copywriters, * Feel comfortable in uncertainty. You'll need to be comfortable with shifting priorities, and be resourceful to solve problems. Agility in decision making is important, and asking for help when you cannot make your mind is in the company culture! * A positive attitude.
