Are you an experienced Senior Kidswear Designer who would you like develop your design skills further in our creative customer focused environment? In combination with great energy and communication skills, then you might be the one we are looking for!

As Senior Girls Designer in our Kids’ department, you will be part of the collection team with the main focus to create the best offer for our target customer. You will be the creative visionary for the girls concept’s products and assortment. You contribute to growth and profitability by creating and developing products based on the visual goal for your target customer aimed at all sales channels.

Our focus is on the full collection range for Arket Girls, including woven, jersey and knit. You will drive and create the assortment together with the team and contribute with new fresh ideas and make it happen!  You have excellent ability to foresee and analyse upcoming Kids trends and translate them to our business concept.

We are looking for you who

• Are a Senior Kidswear Designer with a BA in fashion design and minimum 2-3 yrs work experience, preferably in Girls or/and Womenswear
• Have a strong sense of fashion forward trends and a good global market analysis understanding
• Love working with commercial fashion, are business minded, goal oriented and have an entrepreneurial mindset
• Are highly creative and take action to be an inspiration to your team members
• Solid experience from productdesign and development across woven, jersey and knit materials
• Used to work across full range collections
• Have technical garment construction/pattern cutting skills
• Have excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite programs, as well as strong illustration and hand drawing skills
• Attention to detail is key
• Are flexible, open minded and positive
• Can work at a high pace, unafraid of hard work in periods, high and low with no prestige
• Always see possibilities, improvements and can inject and push new ideas to the team
• Are a great communicator, unafraid to take a step forward and speak up
• Are a driven team player and can also work independently with a strong self drive
• Are fluent in English (Swedish not necessary)
