We are now looking for a someone with a software developer background and a passion for testing, problem solving and a strong focus on quality. The role means working as part of an agile software development team and include working with everything from virtual- to fully equipped robot systems with applications (e.g. Integrated Vision) in our robot labs.

Our test environment and test engine are deeply integrated in our development tools and a solid interest in programming is mandatory. Predominately we use C in the product and write test code in C#. The position will offer you variation, a most competent team, and an exciting international workplace.

Your responsibilities

• Test development for new features and integration of them in our fully automatic regression test scheduler.
• Evaluate program execution, system behavior and external system communication.
• Detect and analyze bugs.
• Perform root cause analyzes and provide feedback to the team.
• Work closely with our test infrastructure team to constantly improve test and validation efficiency.

Your background

• Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Robotics, Software Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience from working with embedded software development and testing, preferably in an industrial context.
• A collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
