As CFO for Singular Society you will be an essential part of building this new brand and secure the brand’s future growth. You will have the overall responsibility to provide the organization with business and financial insights and to make sure we drive the business towards set goals. Always with profitability and cash flow in mind, and by proactive business controlling and an analytical approach identify both opportunities and potential risks to avoid.  You will be working strategically with developing our business as well as hands on with daily operations.

You will be part of the Singular Society management team to set strategies, execute business plans and develop the business. You will work closely with the Managing Director to create a foundation and direction for the team and business to succeed.

Your responsibilities will be to:

• Lead the budget process and constant follow up to meet our targets with all the necessary parts within our business
• Set relevant KPIs to track and analyze to make sure we are following our direction and reaching our targets
• Ensure that we operate the business according to all laws and regulations, including accounting routines, GDPR and more
• Take an active role to steer and support Singular Society to reach short- and long-term goals in the management team
• Leading financial performance with a catalyst leadership

To be successful in the role as CFO we see that you take responsible decisions based on the brand and knows how to plan to ensure the long-term goals and keeps focus on the bigger picture. You have great communication skills and can communicate knowledge, insights and conclusions in a direct and clear manner as well as listen to others. You are persistent, goal-driven and motivated by performance and you have the ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment.

Additionally, we see that you have:

• Years of relevant business experience and previous experience from roles as CFO, brand controller or equivalent, including P/L responsibility
• Previous experience from accounting and financial steering as well as business controlling
• A higher degree in business, economics or other relevant area
• Preferably experience from a business in an accelerated growth phase
• Experience from a subscription-based business is a plus
• Strong and proven leadership with the ability to drive the business forward
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to build and develop the business as if it was your own 
• Ability to go from strategic to operative within all areas of responsibility
• Strong analytical ability and accurate  
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written

This is a fulltime assignment starting as soon as possible, based in Stockholm and you will report direct to the Managing Director for Singular Society.
