Senior Editor – Stockholm, Sweden

We are looking for an experienced financial editor to review reports written by financial analysts across the Nordics. You’ll join Markets Research Production, where we are responsible for reviewing securities, macro, FICC and strategy research for grammar, structure, style, compliance and readability, and for assuring research publication and distribution across various platforms.

What you’ll be doing:

• Edit, publish and distribute equity, credit, macro and FICC reports
• Maintain editing manuals and style guides, and help to ensure writing processes are efficient
• Liaise with IT to ensure well-functioning systems, and with Compliance, ECM and DCM as required
• Provide user training on relevant proprietary systems

This position is based out of Stockholm. We are a team of native English-speaking language professionals working from three continents, who manage to maintain a tight working relationship while covering the clock from four countries around the world.

Your profile and background:

• Detail oriented, with an ability to work under tight deadlines
• A team player who is also able to make solo judgement calls 
• Solid experience working as an equity, credit and/or financial research editor. Other significant experience as an editor/language professional and/or working in the finance industry is an advantage 
• Native English speaking. Good knowledge of Swedish or any other Nordic language is an advantage
• Excellent MS Word skills, proficient in Adobe Acrobat, and strong ability to adapt to new, non-standard IT systems 
• Good knowledge about compliance within equity, credit, macro and FICC research
