Software Test Team Lead for our eBike Team i Lund

As a Software Test Team Lead, you will interface and protect your test team towards three different development teams developing products and modules for the Bosch eBike System. The role includes coordination against both the software project team leads, technical product owners as well as other test team leads and defect managers. In order to excel in the role you must also have a drive to do some testing yourself in the different projects.

You will be part of creative and innovative activities for bike computers, connectivity modules and display units. The Lund teams cover a wide range of technology areas such as embedded real-time systems, communication via CAN, BLE and cellular, displays and user interfaces on RTOS platforms, algorithm development including machine learning and interaction with cloud back-end and mobile Apps.

Expectations

• Review requirements and groom test ideas both within the test team and with the engineers.
• Coordinate and plan the test activities.
• Document test activities as an output from the test sessions.
• Investigate and/or discuss findings with engineers.
• Create and run black box tests.
• Interface and protect the test team.

• Master/Bachelor in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
• Strong sense of quality, customer and goals focus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passionate about testing.
• Relevant experience of testing embedded systems.
• Experience of working with requirements.
• Experience of scrum.
• Experience of TestRail, JIRA and JAMA is a merit.
• Previous experience of leadership assignments is a merit.
• Experience of SAFe, Scaled Agile Framework is a merit.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
