Job Description

Do you want to be part of an exciting company with great talent and good opportunities? We are looking for an experienced Business Solution Specialist with focus on M3 Supply Chain Management, for Lantmännen Maskin.

This is what you will do

Lantmännen Maskin, one of Agriculture Sector´s four main businesses, will during beginning of 2022 go live with a new ERP solution based on Infor M3 Equipment Cloud Edition (CE), designed for Equipment OEM´s dealers, rental companies and service providers.

In connection with the implementation of our new ERP Solution in Lantmännen Maskin, we are looking for an experienced Business Solution Specialist with background in M3 Supply Chain to complement our team, to support our local spare part stores throughout the country.

Lantmännen Maskin imports and sells agriculture machinery, spare parts and workshop services. We are about 800 employees and are located all over Sweden. We are located throughout the country with 55 own local facilities that house spare part stores, machine sales and workshops with a close and intimate contact with the farmers. We will offer fast service on site with a modern Point of Sale Solution in our stores, in combination with customer service and a new e-commerce.

Our newly established IT organization within the Agriculture Sector works in close cooperation with our businesses to develop stable, reliable and cost-effective IT solutions, which enhances our competitiveness and supports our business objectives. Today we are a team of 11 people with a mix of experienced Business Solution Specialists and Process Managers eager to support our daily operations in Agriculture Sector´s M3 platforms, but also driving new initiatives and projects.

After the Go Live in beginning of 2022 and the project closure, we start the journey to maintain our new eco system to further develop our efficiency in our new processes and tools. You will have an exciting and challenging role in delivering needed requirements from the business and creating sustainable IT solutions.

To succeed in the position, you need to create and maintain the relationship with our stakeholders in the organization and our IT vendors. Your day will consist of both working with incidents, problems and changes in our M3 Equipment solution and will also be an integrated part of future development projects in your area of responsibility.

This position is located at our office in Malmö and our operations in Lantmännen Maskin is based in Sweden. For the right person the location is flexible.

Skills & Requirements

You have:

  • An academic degree together with 3-5 years’ experience from working with M3 implementations and/or maintenance
  • Skills in understanding and translating our Supply Chain process requirements
  • An ability to configure and maintain our M3 modules related to local stores and spare part sales based on customer order handling in combination with purchase, distribution, replenishment, warehouse management.
  • Knowledge and experience of Point of Sales solutions within Infor application suite or external.
  • Knowledge of system integrations and API:s from and to M3
  • Knowledge of Infor M3 Extensibility toolbox to improve our end-user experience.
  • Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English
