We are now looking for two Expert controllers to Group Financial Planning. This team is responsible for financial planning short and long term as well as the analysis of Volvo Car Group. As a team member you will get an excellent platform and direct insight into the group’s financials and decisions.


What you´ll do
Your work days will consist in continuously report, analysis and share insight of the company’s financial state to the Executive Management, Investor Relations, Group Treasury, Group Accounting and Group Controller. We connect key business drivers with financial outcome and present in an easy-to-read way.

Also included in area of responsibility, are complete investigations and propose changes to current financial plans to optimize profitability, cashflow and control risks. So, our mission is to support Volvo Car Group to meet its financial targets with proactive controlling.


You and your skills
In this role it’s important to have excellent analytical skills and ability to take own initiatives and develop the role.  You have commitment for delivery and are aligned with good prioritization skills for timely deliverables.

You are an experienced Controller within all or several relevant fields, described above, on your CV. Also great knowledge of financial statements, connect cause and effect and able to drive and communicate insights.
 

Furthermore you have excellent computer skills and particularly in Excel modeling and PowerPoint.
You are proficient in both written and spoken English.
 

We find it meritorious if you have been involved in implementing digital tools e.g. EPM (Enterprise Performance Management).
