We are currently looking for a coordinator to our People & Culture team. You will report to Head of People & Culture and mainly support within the areas recruitment, payroll and HR-system/Master Data in Gothenburg, Sweden.

What you'll do

You will administer and maintain candidate and data/information, and you will contribute in the assessment process for selected candidates as well as schedule drug tests. To have a smooth recruitment process, you will provide contracts for candidate and administrate the hiring process.

Since Powertrain Engineering Sweden has several International Assignees/Local Hires, you will be the one keeping track of application deadlines towards the Swedish Migration Agency and be the contact for relocation suppliers.

You will act as a go-to-person for general People & Culture questions and communicate relevant information to stakeholders, both internal and external.

Who you are

You are a passionate and resilient administrator with the ability to make a difference. You are able to prioritize among several tasks to meet deadlines and you have high integrity, strong communication and cooperation skills.

You need the capability to deliver high performance under pressure as well as handling multiple stakeholders to successfully deliver upon expectations.

We expect you to be fluent in English, verbally and written, and to be successful you need to be very business and performance driven.

Experience from Payroll and/or Global Mobility is a plus.

You would need to have some flexibilty to travel between Skövde and Gothenburg (Day Trips).
