Your contribution to something big

• Be an engaged Business Partner to managers and employees within your area of responsibility
• Be responsible for processes as recruitments, health & wellness, competence development, salary review, union negotiations
• Implement strategic improvements in close collaboration with managers in your area of responsibility
• Support national and international cross-site moves of Bosch associates
• Key user in HR systems and digitalization focus
• Securing conformity to Bosch HR, legal and compliance processes and standards

What distinguishes you

• Master or bachelor degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources
• High knowledge within Microsoft Office and easy to navigate in different HR systems
• Pro-active personality with a continuous improvement mind-set
• Team player who quickly builds trust and collaborative working relationships
• Swedish labour law, experience in collaborations with unions
• Communication skills in Swedish and English
