Bosch Thermoteknik AB develops, manufactures and sells a complete range of heat pumps. Our main focus lies in the development of energy-efficient products with particular focus on renewable energy. We are about 500 employees in Tranås. Our most famous brands are IVT and Bosch.

Your contribution to something big

• Implement agile methods in the organization to produce high quality results
• Coach and support other teams in applying methods
• Taking responsibility for goals such as time, cost and quality in line with customers' expectations
• Be part of a specific development team
• Coordinate agile events
• Find a good way to communicate the strengths of agility
• Work together with product owners to enter requests in the backlog     
• Managing release plans, solving problems, facilitating communication, removing obstacles and supporting the implementation of improvements

What distinguishes you

• Experience as Scrum Master and good knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
• Good technical understanding, Master’s degree preferred
• Good communication skills, structured way of working and good problem-solving ability
• Fluent in English and Swedish

Further desirable:

• Supportive and coaching leadership style
• Experience in project management
• Good knowledge of agile frameworks
• Knowledge especially in Jira for Scrum
