Within Business Tech, we aim to continuously surprise and delight our customers through our digital capabilities. We explore new ways of working, have a customer-focused mindset, embrace our strong values, and release the power of our people to innovate and develop products that make a meaningful impact to customers all over the world.

  • Compile and communicate a regular overview of Customer domain KPIs, conducting ad hoc analysis as relevant to understand the ‘why’ behind changes in KPIs
  • Align targets and conduct follow up on performance of domain OKRs
  • Ensure domain and product area dashboards are in place working together with the Strategy & Steering team
  • Work closely with analytics teams across the broader H&M Group to facilitate insight and knowledge sharing

Qualifications

Your mindset & skills

Our journey will lead to something new and exciting - we will test, fail and learn. You are an important leader in this transformation; therefore, we believe you are flexible, stress-resistant, and able to work in an environment that is not yet formalized.

We believe you are a strong leader in data analytics with a robust background in analytics and BI. You are willing to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, and you are able to zoom out and see the bigger picture. You stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and tools for analytics and BI, and you thrive in a matrixed organization with both complex and evolving technology and products.

You also have experience and passion for leading and developing others. You believe in a culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust. You empower others to fail, learn, and grow and celebrate success as much as failure. You are a visionary that coaches and empowers your colleagues with the most relevant competencies so they can lead, collaborate, and deliver exceptional results.

Furthermore, we believe you bring:

  • Multiple years of leadership experience with a ‘servant leader’ orientation
  • 10+ years experience in data analytics and BI with extensive knowledge in a variety of analytical tools (SQL, Python, R)
  • Experience delivering reports in different data visualization tools such as Power BI (or equivalent)
  • Experience with experimentation (A/B testing principles, application of statistical concepts) and conversion rate optimization (CRO), especially within a large company setting
  • Are a great communicator with the ability to translate data into insight and tell a story around it to guide roadmaps and priorities
  • Proven ability to deliver results in a matrix organization and a natural inclination to bring people together across functions to share knowledge and insights
  • Relevant academic background
