Job Description

Together with the CS Global HR team you will contribute to business growth and be part of setting the CS Global HR strategy according to the business needs.

As HR Business Partner, you will actively contribute by working closely in partnership with our business leaders and local HR managers. You will be accountable for the HR agenda and HR goals being implemented and anchored in the business. You will work both strategically and operationally, to ensure that our HR strategies are executed in the most effective and efficient way. Your mission also includes:

.          Driving and supporting change on both a team and organizational level.
.          Being a strong role model and ambassador for H&M Groups values and culture.
.          Work actively in partnership with the managers supporting and coaching them in people related matters
.          Drive the CS HR focus areas together with the CS Global HR team
.          Independently lead HR projects and initiatives to meet HR goals and to deliver high quality on HR processes
.          Anticipates HR related issues and proactively addresses employee matters. Analyzes trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies.
.           Responsibility for employee relations – including labor law and union negotiations.

What’s your background?

.          Have a degree within Human Resource Management and a few years’ experience of working as a HR Business Partner adding value to the business, preferably in a company with global presence
.          Comfortable in handling all operational aspects of a yearly HR cycle
.          Employee relations experience
.          Experience of creating and implementing strategic plans and translate business needs into HR solutions and actions
.          Experience from leading HR projects
.          Used to and comfortable working in an international environment
.          Excellent English both written and spoken
.          Good understanding of Swedish Labour Law with experience of union negotiation

Additional Information
