What you will do
We are looking for a Product Area Engineer with experience from Frontend Development within our Product Exploration Area. In the Business Tech organization, you will lead this cross-functional product development area that delivers business and customer value, always with salesmanship at heart. A main focus for the Product Area Engineer is to be responsible for the Product Area’s technical architecture and engineering practices in close collaboration with Product Area Lead Engineer. Using your engineering experience, you will be a catalyst for technical innovation, modernization of our technical landscape, and drive the engineering culture on Product Area level.
You will collaborate with the Product Area Lead Engineer as well as other Product Area Managers and Product Area Lead Engineers to solve complex engineering problems and ensure an aligned technology roadmap. A central part of the role will be to guide and lead the area during our ongoing transformation period. We are on a journey together which means there is no clear path.
