concertare is a German company specialized in customer relationship management. We organize visits, calls and mystery emails throughout the country to obtain an assessment of customer satisfaction and quality of service. Our clients are enterprises from the TOP 500. We offer a full range of services for our clients designed to reach lasting and valuable relationships with their customers.
Mission
We are looking for mystery shoppers all over Sweden to conduct field surveys.
You will have to pretend to be a brand customer and evaluate the quality of the service. This can be done by email, phone, or on the spot.
Your experience will then have to be entered in an online questionnaire.
