Jr Pattern Maker to H&M Men – Temporary 7 months i Stockholm

Are you a passionate and driven Jr pattern maker who has an interest in working with male costumer? We are now looking for a Jr pattern maker who are driven by creating best fit and comfort and have an eye for fashion and creative details. Come and join the Men`s assortment and be a part of our Projects Asia local relevance team!  

The Jr Pattern maker is responsible for creating desired silhouette and maintain good fit in all sizes always with the customer in focus. Together with the product team, you secure sustainability and profitability when creating the collection.  You will work with diversified silhouettes, different qualities. Working at this position you will work with al garment types.
You are responsible for creating, updating, and communicating correct fit and size technical package based on customer, strategy, product type and timeline throughout the product development.
As a Jr Pattern Maker at the men assortment you will work in a fast pace environment with new challenges and exciting projects for the male customer. Men´s assortment is a dynamic workplace where high pace, collaborative mindset, willingness to always improve our product creations, are a natural part of our everyday.

ABOUT YOU 

We are looking for a driven and flexible Jr Pattern Maker, who has an interest in men fashion and want to develop and secure fit and craftmanship for our customer. We believe you can find new ways of improving existing and new technical details, shape, and fits. Further, we believe you: 

• Work as Pattern maker or Jr Pattern Maker today
• Lectra Expert knowledge
• CLO knowledge
• Grading knowledge
• Are passionate about working with patterns, fit and technical solutions
• Have a good eye for size & proportions
• Always see possibilities, improvements, and simple solutions
• Great energy and drive, always work towards improving the product.  
• Team player but still the ability to work on their own initiative.  
• Open minded and positive attitude.  
• Can “think outside the box” and be a visionary for the concept
