This is what you will do
In the role as Business Solution Specialist your primary responsibility is to bridge the business with our IT solutions. Lantmännen Group has a diverse business and consists of different business units that span across a value chain from agriculture, machinery, energy, food production and real estate. In the position as Business Solution Specialist, you will belong to the Group Functions IT team and focus on and work close to the real estate business unit, where you will maintain and develop our systems together with business stakeholders.

An important part of the role is working close to the business and analyzing the business requirements. This will be the take off for leading and developing IT Solutions, primarily in Unit4, that will ensure synergies, business value and stability over time. Together with the team you will be part of an interesting journey in the modernization of the IT landscape and exploration of new possibilities.

The focus in this role will be on Real Estate IT Services to start with, but over time the role will evolve including other stakeholders as well. In this position you will report to Competence Center Manager Business Solution Development and be part of a team of 7 people. You will be located at Lantmännen office in Stockholm or Malmö.

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

• A few years of experience working in a role between business and IT, preferably as application consultant, project manager or finance professional with an emphasis on system and IT tools.
• Good knowledge in Unit4 ERP system.
• Experience from working with requirements analysis, prioritization and solution build and test.
• Experience from working in a cross-functional setting where you are used to navigate across multiple stakeholders on the business and IT side.
• Previous work experience from the real estate industry and its processes and needs is considered a plus.
• Strong communications skills, both written and spoken, in Swedish and English
