We are building up Volvo Cars online sales capabilities and driving the shift towards direct consumer sales. Our aim is clear – to provide customers with modern, flexible and hassle-free ways to own a car, whether through a Care by Volvo subscription, lease, loan or cash. Your mission

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of setting some fundamental building blocks for the Global Online Experience and be part of building a scalable business in an everchanging disruptive industry. When our business grows, we are looking for another Credit Risk Agent to our team who supports all our current Care by Volvo markets, including United Kingdom.

 

What you’ll do

We are looking for someone to help assess applicants that are requesting products from us in the UK. Your role will be to review applicants and make decisions on if they meet the requirements to be a customer. As part of your analysis, you will perform KYC/AML, Credit, Fraud and Regulatory checks. Our underwriting process is fully digitized, so you need to be comfortable working with digital case management tools and be willing to offer suggestions and insights to relevant stakeholders on how to make our processes more efficient.

 

You and your skills

To be successful we need to see that you can manage multiple stakeholders including customer needs and other functions that you have dependencies to. We believe your background and skills should include:

  • Experience within a customer-facing role where you have gained great customer management skills.
  • Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
  • Ability to quickly learn to use new digital working methods and systems

 

We also believe that you have great communication skills to assist merchants and internal stakeholders. You have a holistic view to understand needs and like to solve problems. As a person, you foster innovation as well as a doer that wants things done. And we are also looking for a team player who enjoys collaborating with your colleagues.
