Your knowledge and experience
We believe that you carry a M.Sc in Software Engineering or equivalent experience through years of practice, along with at least 10 years of experience within software development projects. You would bring good knowledge of scalable HMI architecture and component layout as well as good practices within component usage, such as understanding material and visual design, resource structuring, animations, and transitions.

It is of great importance that you have a broad technical understanding of general platforms (e.g. Android, Unreal, iOS) and frameworks (e.g. Android UI framework, Qt, Unity) for UX implementation. You would also bring experience in Android application development and are familiar with modern app architectural patterns (MVP, MVVM, layered architecture, refactoring). You have good knowledge of how to test in different development phases (e.g. automatic test automation) as well as how to work with data-driven development both on methods and analytics.

You have a good understanding of the non-functional aspects such as security, reliability, performance, maintainability, scalability, and usability as well as the ability to work with both short-term and long-term solutions at the same time. You should have an interest and a good feeling for new technologies that enable interaction, visualization, personalization, and dispositions. You will also bring experience and a good understanding of how to work together with design organizations as well as a good understanding of interaction principles and design language.
