SourceMe is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic intern who wants to join the start of a quickly expanding sales organisation within a technical environment with the aim to change the way machine builders and component suppliers look upon their supply chain. We aspire to bring our customers and users the best digital experience within ordering and order management. To do that we focus on the future and customer success, hence the sales organisation expansion welcoming an intern. Are you new within the field of sales or have a technical interest which you wish to act out through sales? Maybe you are studying and are in the midst of your degree? What you will be doing: * Supporting the CSO in his daily work within sales development in order to develop an understanding for the sales function and process within the company * Supporting the lead and prospect management process * Managing deals to learn the internal sales process in order to close your own deals * Become a part of the SourceMe team Our requirements for the candidates of internship: * Have an honest and natural interest in sales, no matter the format * Fluent in english, both written and spoken * Not afraid to take responsibility and can deliver upon deadlines even while remote * Driven and competitive for success * Ready to work in a small but quickly scaling company * Previous B2B sales experience is a plus. Compensation; As a salesperson in a small startup your performance will be evaluated on a per lead/sales basis and rewarded with an above average commission percentage.
