We are looking for a data-driven and ambitious Performance Marketing Specialist to bring our performance marketing activities to the next level. The main focus of the role is to scale our existing channels (starting with the paid channels while not forgetting about organic) while developing new channels in close cooperation with our best in class agency partners. You are fearless when it comes to experimenting with new approaches and optimising existing activities. You know when to stop things or put rocket fuel on the fire to scale successful campaigns. You'll have a good sense of which content performs well on paid ads (and what doesn't), and you have a good eye for new ideas and concepts that you translate into briefs that our creative people can execute on. At the same time, you work with attention to detail when it comes to ad operations. You keep a cool head even when things get stressful and have an analytical mindset when evaluating performance and working with numbers. You will be part of our growing talented commercial team that works across Europe. Your responsibilities: * Set up, maintain and grow our performance channels. * You can experiment widely while keeping an eye out for the main performance metrics. * You know that targeting the right audiences and segments is key; You understand how to develop and select audiences for building funnels. * We are continuously opening new markets; Localisation and running campaigns in multiple markets excite you. * You will work closely with our content and brand team to ensure our messaging is on-brand. * You are good at working with external partners where relevant knowing how to get the most out of the cooperation. Qualifications: * Have experience with full-funnel performance marketing, including tracking, attribution and automation. * Good experience with paid marketing channels (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, etc.) * Good mathematical skills and master all things spreadsheets and data analysis tools. * An analytical mindset for evaluating success metrics for the different channels (all your ROAS, ROI, LTV, CAC, CPL, etc.) * Test new creative assets all the time, and know where to get inspiration from to improve performance continuously. * Love to learn, collaborate and have a growth mindset.
