We are looking for an ambitious and data-driven Inbound Marketing Specialist to bring our inbound marketing activities to the next level. The main focus of the role is to help the commercial teams to grow traffic, convert more visitors, and run complete inbound marketing campaigns at scale. You will have a close dialogue and collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams and external partners. You are fearless when it comes to experimenting with new approaches and optimising existing activities. You know when to stop things or put rocket fuel on the fire to scale successful lead generation campaigns, mainly using HubSpot. You'll have a good sense of which content performs well, and you have a good eye for new ideas and concepts that you translate into briefs that our creative people can execute on. At the same time, you work with attention to detail when setting up demand generation flows. You keep a cool head even when things get stressful. You have an analytical mindset when it comes to evaluating performance and working with numbers. You will be part of our growing talented commercial team that works across Europe. Your responsibilities: * Set up, maintain and grow our inbound marketing activities. * You have the freedom to experiment while keeping an eye out for the main performance metrics. * You know that targeting the right audiences and segments is key; You understand how to develop and select audiences for building funnels. * We are continuously opening new markets; Localisation and running campaigns in multiple markets excite you. * You will work closely with our content and brand team to ensure our messaging is on-brand. * You are good at working with external partners where relevant knowing how to get the most out of the cooperation. Qualifications * Have experience with full-funnel marketing, including tracking, attribution and automation. * Good experience with demand generation tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc.) * Good mathematical skills and master all things spreadsheets and data analysis tools. * An analytical mindset when it comes to evaluating success metrics for the different channels. * Test new creative assets all the time, and know where to get inspiration from to improve performance continuously. * Love to learn, collaborate and have a growth mindset.
