We launch hundreds of variants of production files every year and improve our software development process continuously to do that in high quality. This position is within the group Pre Certification & OBD, which consists of 25 ambitious engineers. The team is responsible for Pre Certification and Unwitnessed Certification for Range, Energy Efficiency, Fuel Economy and Emissions for all markets excluding China. We are working with all future products including electric and hybrid propulsion vehicles. The group also work with Emission and OBD attribute features and legal analysis.
 

What you’ll do
This Product Owner is responsible for the technology in the Environmental Pre-Certification team in ART Hybrid Engine & Transmission. The main responsibility is to maximize value-added work by owning and deciding upon priorities in the Team Backlog from a business perspective to streamline execution, while maintaining technical integrity of the features/components for the team. 
 

You will also be owning, building, prioritizing and refining the features/stories in the team backlog including defects, continuous improvements and enablers as well as participating in the development of acceptance criteria and drafting them when feasible. Involving the team in backlog refinement to achieve minimum handover and maximum joint understanding as well as understanding the scope of the upcoming enabler work, collaborating with the team and architects to assist with decision-making.

Do you fit the profile?
We believe you have a University degree or equivalent in a technical area. Several years of experience from working with calibration, or pre-homologation, of emissions, or within development work regarding range and energy efficiency is needed for this position. We expect you to have knowledge within emission testing prerequisites and legal requirements.  Also experience from developing test methods and sequences for homologation of range and energy efficiency is required. You have a track record of demonstrating technical leadership and business acumen, and an interest in and knowledge of vehicle attributes and products. Your English is fluent, both verbally and written. You have experience from working agile and knowledge within the agile principles. Swedish driving license class B is a demand.
