Business Expert for H&M Global E-commerce Supply Chain team i Stockholm

H&M Global E-commerce Supply Chain team is now looking for a Business Expert to take on this exciting challenge. Are you the one?

H&M Online Sales is responsible for H&M’s e-commerce globally, where we digitally offer the world fashion and quality at the best price in a sustainable way. We offer e-commerce in all digital channels, and we currently have e-commerce sites in 50 markets. Our goal is to be the number one global online fashion destination and the most loved fashion brand in the world, which means we will grow fast in the coming years.

As a Business Expert you will be part of our digital growth adventure as well as our supply chain transformation. The aim for this role is to secure a customer centric, cost conscious, and sustainable supply chain for our e-commerce.

• The primary focus for this Business Expert role is driving the area of Customer Promise and Customer Lead-Time
• Driving this area means analyzing and identifying opportunities and potential obstacles and address actions to secure we deliver the products to the customers when they want it and that we keep what we promise to our customers in terms of lead-time, which is an important part in securing customer satisfaction
• To succeed in this, cross-functional collaboration with various stakeholders such as logistics, and Business Tech will be key
• You will not only work with global stakeholders but also with the teams in the sales regions by supporting and enabling them to succeed in this area
• You will be a part of driving the supply chain transformation, which is one of the top 5 focus for the company 2021, where one main objective is to make our supply chain OMNI

In order for you to be successful in the Business Expert role we believe that you have/are:

• Formal education within Business, Supply chain or Procurement. If not, at least a couple of years’ experiences from similar positions
• Experience from working with E-commerce and customer experience is meriting
• Experience from working with cross-functional teamwork where you develop solutions creating the most value for our customers and to our business
• Fluent in English, both spoken and in writing.
