What we offer
We breathe agile, deliver value continuously and work mostly with updated technology.
Together we work according to DevOps and we are responsible for both development and maintenance of our products.
Basically, we have built our solutions to create better flow during the day. We have optimized every section, from workshop bookings, the job in the workshop and, finally, the handover of the finished car. We give the technician a good start of the day with an overview of the calendar. Through this, the technicians can plan their work and create a good structure. When the job is about to be done, we have strived to minimize friction by making the solutions easy to learn and creating simple flows through the systems. To give our technicians more time with the customer and the car.

At times you will support the retailers on their queries but also think relentlessly on how to better improve the tool so that the usability improves. Your team supports in developing new features. You will be conducting testing before we deploy the features to production. Here you make an impact on the retailer’s future success and make life less complicated for the end user.
As a Business Analyst within the Organizer team you will work together with the team, internal stakeholders, product teams, retailers, local market representatives to design processes and solutions for optimized handling of both customers, resources, and vehicles.
