This is what you will do

As a Junior Compliance Officer, you will be part of our Group Compliance team, a central function that drives Lantmännen’s business ethics-and GDPR compliance programs. Lantmännen Group consists of five sectors, each including several businesses and companies, and we operate in an international environment, present in over 20 countries. In the Junior Compliance Officer role you will work across the entire Group to implement and follow up on our compliance programs and to continuously develop processes and routines within the field. The compliance programs are an important part of Lantmännen’s overall sustainability strategy.

In the scope for this position, you will, for example, prepare reports, KPIs and communication material, conduct trainings and workshops and manage compliance-related projects. You will also play an important role in the digitalization of our processes and in increasing the knowledge and use of our digital tools. There will be great opportunities to develop both professionally and on a personal level.

You will be part of a team of three and report to Director Group Compliance. Group Compliance is part of the larger function Group Legal Affairs & Compliance which also includes our legal team. You will have close interaction with all the colleagues within Group Legal Affairs & Compliance. Under normal circumstances, some traveling to our businesses and offices may occur occasionally. The position is placed at our headquarter at Kungsholmen, Stockholm.

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

• A relevant academic degree in business, law or similar.
• Preferably 1-2 years of work experience from one or more of the areas of compliance, legal or finance/economics
• Experience in driving projects and interacting with various stakeholders on different levels.
• An interest in digital tools and how they can improve efficiency in business.
• Strong communications skills, both written and spoken, in Swedish and English
