An exciting opportunity has arisen at Lantmännen Cerealia for a Head of Finance Sweden to join us at our office in Stockholm. This position is permanent and you will report to Tiia Ranta, CFO of Lantmännen Cerealia.

Working in Cerealia in the role Head of Finance Sweden, provides great opportunities to influence the further evolvement of the business through empowering leadership, optimizing our current and new processes as well as developing a high performing team. You will also be a part of the Cerealia Finance Leadership team and Country Management Team, where you will have highly engaged and capable colleagues, as well as access to the Lantmännen Group Finance community.
This is what you will do
As Finance Manager you will act as a Business Partner for Management Directors and Country Management team in Sweden. This means that you will build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with local senior management and their teams, as well as supporting and challenging teams in their decision making.
You will also take an active role in analyzing the business performance and facilitates change to ensure that key financial targets are delivered. You will ensure that planning inputs in outlooks, forecasts and budgets are understood and ensure that the planning assumptions are reasonable. Also, safeguard the quality and business ownership of the outputs. Where you will be driving financial data transparency via a “one set of numbers” culture and structure.
You will also act as a Country Controller for Cerealia Sweden and lead the monthly reporting, budgeting and forecasting processes on own responsibility area. Where you will also ensure high quality in month end reporting, in collaboration with Cerealia Finance Team and Operations Controllers.
Furthermore, you will be participant in financial development projects where you will be responsible for implementing group principles, ways of working and reporting procedures inside own responsibility area. You will also ensure that controlling processes in own area align with Cerealia’s processes and schedules. Along with this you will also be responsible for developing the structure, processes, reporting and analytics for Commercial and country Controlling, and ensures implementation.
Also, you will lead the country controlling team in Sweden with 3 commercial controllers who are direct reporting to you and 2 operations controllers who have a dotted reporting line to you.
This is what you need to succeed
You have:
Experience in ERP (preferably M3), financial planning and BI tools (preferably Cognos) as well as Excel
Experience working in a matrix organization
Experience from leading roles within Finance within an international company
Successful track record of building high performing teams
The position requires travelling to some extent (after the pandemic) with regular visits to our production sites.
