We are looking for a Swedish speaking Customer Support Hero who is passionate about delivering world class service. You know how to onboard customers, and give them an excellent start on their journey working with Superb. You should have a proven track record in helping customers achieve high levels of satisfaction with a Saas Product. You will become a member of a fast growing team, who have razor focus on quality and delivering value to our users. You should know your way around technology, and be able to work in structured way. What you will do: * Work closely with the Support team to resolve any tickets or issues faced by your customers. * Understand how customers are currently using the products and identify opportunities to increase usage and value gained. * Align with the product team to ensure feedback loops and communicate the voice of customers. * Monitor health scores and satisfaction levels. * Ensure customer retention. * Log customer data in our CRM, and ensure that all steps of the process are reported in a structured way. What we expect: * Strong ability to understand technical aspects of software and solve problems. * Desire to drive adoption, increase product usage and bring in revenue. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong team-player, efficient, structured, and solution-oriented. * Must be fluent in English and Swedish The role location is remote first -- you can work from home and our hubs in Denmark and Sweden.
