We are transforming the Change & Release Management function in order to take on the full responsibility for the change, release and deploy processes. This includes the responsibility to ensure correct handling of all changes affecting the Point of Sales solution according to the agreed change and release processes as well as overall responsibility of the release schedule and release planning at the service area.
Using your analytical and methodical skills, you will be working in close collaboration with our business and our suppliers and build a foundation to create value to our business – every day. We believe you are a driven and confident individual – someone who can take initiative and drive the effort forward to ensure success in the change and release process. We also believe that you are a problem-solver, where you quickly grasp challenges, identify solutions and do have a “make-it-happen” mindset. Your responsibilities
The job of a Change Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility – and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
- Register, assess and dispatch RFC:s
- Assess basis for decisions
- Ensure that decisions are taken by the correct people in the correct time (through internal / external CABs or within your own mandate)
- Lead and develop decision forums and capacity forums
- Ensure end to end communication with identified stakeholders including change forum with Principal Suppliers
- Ensure resource planning and create release directives for releases
- Inform target groups of news and changes of processes and wow
- Supporting all Change Analysts and release coordinators in process and ways of working
- Conduct training sessions and create training material for target groups regarding change, release and deploy process
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
And your skills include:
- Vast and in-depth experience (three years or more) within Change Management, Release management, or other relevant maintenance management
- Excellent communication skills in speech and writing in both English and Swedish
- Experience from planning and facilitate meetings and workshops both internally and externally
It is an advantage if you have experience from retail. It is also meriting if you have experience from service delivery as well as ITIL, JIRA, SharePoint and ServiceNow.
