Showrooms works on building in-depth strategies to engage influencers and celebrities in H&M’s fashion forward collections, as well as planning & support for the H&M showrooms around the world.  H&M’s global Marketing & Communication department is located in Stockholm and supports 74 countries around the world. We have the strategic and operational responsibility to build the H&M brand, both internally and externally. Celebrity & Influencer relations team incl. Showrooms works on building in-depth strategies to engage influencers and celebrities in H&M’s fashion forward collections, as well as planning & support for the H&M showrooms around the world. We are now looking for an Influencer Relations Specialist to join our team.

What you’ll do:
As an Influencer Relations Specialist you will be part of the Celebrity & Influencer Relations including Showroom. You will be responsible to develop and work with the global influencer strategy. Create and execute strategic influencer activations to build awareness and create engagement for selected H&M campaigns and collections. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build strong and long-term relationships for the H&M brand.
  • Developing influencer strategies within selected H&M campaigns and collections.
  • Responsible for setting KPIs, follow up, evaluations and learnings from influencer activations.
  • Drive progress for influencer activations based on insights and social media development.
  • Create and continuously update master lists of global influencers (both current and emerging).
  • Manage influencer assignments, briefs, contracts, agencies
  • Coordinator tasks within influencer activities.
  • Support H&M markets with inquiries related to influencers and hold trainings about H&M’s global influencer strategy.

Qualifications

Who we are looking for:

To be successful in this role we believe that you truly enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, managing several responsibilities simultaneously. You are able to plan and prioritize based on current conditions having an agile mind set. As a person you are a great team player who is also able to produce great results independently. You are also a person who has an ability to see the big picture and influence others. You have a deep understanding of the fashion industry, and an interest in culture movements and a social media.

We also believe that you:

  • Have an education within Communications and/or Marketing.
  • Extensive experience from the influencer marketing field and/or social media preferable from an international scene.
  • Strong analytical skills setting campaign objectives, KPI’s and understanding of brand building activations.
  • Deep knowledge in the influencer scene and social media with a focus on influencers and content creators present on IG Reels, TikTok, YouTube etc.
  • Strategic and up to date understanding the development of the global media landscape and digital channels.
  • Have fluent skills in English both verbally and written.
  • Skilled and comfortable in managing external contacts, partners and agencies.
  • Have great planning skills and attention to details.
