Legitifyis an early-stage VC backed Start-Up in the LegalTech Space. We are based out of Stockholm and Dublin and we are looking to grow globally. As we are growing, we are now looking for anawesome UX/UI designerto join our team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with people to turn insights and ideas into seamless experiences and is excited to roll up their sleeves and join a fast-moving environment! Job Description: As aUX/UI Designer, you are responsible for the user experience of our solution, throughout the development cycle. This includes taking part in product research and discoveries, mapping and understanding of the user journeys and technical limitations, creating wireframes for the features, creating UI designs, validating the designs with user tests, and delivering assets to enable development. Responsibilities: * Ensure a holistic approach to UI/UX in the whole solution * Visualize design ideas to present them to the team (flows, user journeys, wireframes, etc.) * Design high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that illustrate product functionalities; also create quick low fidelity designs. * Conduct usability studies * Test and iterate on designs * Build interactive prototypes and perform user tests * Have an active role in workshops developing digital products and services * Work closely with the product owner, developers, external agencies etc., as needed * Develop personas, user stories, and user journey maps * Collect and utilize user feedback for continuous improvements of the product * Identify and troubleshoot UX problems * Proactively reach out to customers and internal proxy-users for feedback Qualifications: * Have 1-3 years of experience in UX and UI design. * Have a strong passion and interest in understanding the user and adapting the design to suit their needs as well as business goals. * Have mastered Figma or other relevant tools for developing wireframes, designs, and prototypes. * Have an 'eye for design' and a good sense of aesthetics combined with technical understanding, logical thinking, and ability to understand complex systems. * Play an integral part in gathering insights about the needs and behaviours of people who use our product to apply these insights in design. * The role entails working closely with a Product Owner and a cross-functional Dev team, as well as other stakeholders with customer-facing roles. Together you will ensure Legitify solution is usable, enjoyable, and accessible for the end-users while delivering great value to all our customers. * Care deeply about the people who use our product. * Enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment, helping to bridge UX best practices and production execution. Preferred: * Experience working on B2B SaaS products. * Experience working in the FinTech, LegalTech/ RegTech industries.
