Now, we are looking to expand our core team with a motivated Frontend Development Lead who is excited to join a company at an early stage, wants loads of responsibility, and is able to build reliable frontend solutions. WHOM ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We’re looking for someone who can lead programming efforts and at the same time is a skilled programmer. You should have a high passion for UI design and know the full cycle of frontend development including UX research, UI design, and UI programming. You thrive in a team environment where collaboration is needed constantly and enjoy mentoring and knowledge sharing. An entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for working with impact tech, and experience in managing frontend teams are important factors for us. We care about reliable software, reusable solutions, high coding standards and exceptional user experiences. Here are some things we need help with: * Play an active role in planning the product roadmap * Take responsibility for all stages of frontend development * Execute the UX research & design * Execute the UI design & programming * Build and manage frontend team as we expand WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO: * Has 5+ yrs of experience as frontend developer * Is well-versed in Javascript programming & familiar with Angular * Knows CSS & Bootstrap in depth to build reactive & responsive UI * Cares about code quality and software reliability * Flexible working hours WHY YOU WILL ENJOY WORKING AT SUSTAINLAB We want to accelerate change for our customers and society at large, but also for you as a professional.
