Minnity wants people in need of care to be able to live dignified and meaningful lives. That is why we help care staff to thrive at their work - with the support of their smartphone. We are a dynamic early-stage startup looking for a salesperson to support our sales in France. You will work directly with the founders and actively co-create and develop a startup that makes life easier for thousands of elderly people, their relatives and care staff. The work involves: * Lead generation and qualification * Continuous updating of CRM systems * Sales - contact with new companies * Follow-ups We offer: * An opportunity to join an ambitious startup with a focus on social impact * An opportunity to grow and take greater responsibility quickly * Collaborate with a committed, versatile team with good communication processes * Clear areas of responsibility and goals We are looking for a person who: * Is fluent in French and English in speech and writing (required) * Has at least 1 year of experience in sales / customer contact * Have a good understanding of work in elderly care or health, an existing network in elderly care is an advantage * Is self-sufficient and proactive * Easy connects with new people * Has a great interest in B2B sales * Wants to develop knowledge in sales and customer communication by being part of a startup We offer a consulting agreement or project-based employment starting in November alt. December 2021 with flexible working hours and a commission-based remuneration. We expect a commitment of 20% -50% of full time.
