What you will do

As part of Klarna's CS Social Media team, you will be providing high-quality professional service to our consumers, via Social Media channels.
We receive everything from simpler questions about invoices to complex technical issues and complaints. 
You will communicate in an open, helpful and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution for each case. You're an excellent communicator, knowing that what’s written in Social Media is not always between four eyes but for the world to see.

You will play an important role in taking Klarna to the next level thus, you should desire to go above and beyond to produce the best work results! We mainly deal with public mentions, so it’s important that you feel comfortable communicating on behalf of Klarna.

You should have
    • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
    • Knowledge in Social Media platforms, such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
    • Native language skills in German.
    • A good level of communication and no fear of responding to our customers publicly.
You should also be
A natural problem solver and have the ability to see problems with a holistic approach.
Unafraid of new challenges and you develop by setting goals, both individually and in the team.
