Who we are

Product Creation – Onboard Diagnostic Platform

We are responsible for developing diagnostic services and capabilities as well as HMI data collection. We are a team of SW developers and Design Engineers and one of our current central deliveries is a Diagnostic Kernel. The job is divided between 2 teams and that is why you will be the ScM of 2 teams.

What you'll do
You will act as a servant leader for the team by driving and organizing the team events and supporting the team in delivering value to customers. You will be coaching the team and people in all aspects of agile ways of working and mind-sets. Managing and optimizing the flow of value, encouraging Continuous Delivery Pipeline.

Establishing and improving planning and delivery iterations. Support the Product Owner in their efforts to manage the backlog with respect to priorities and scope. Facilitate preparation and readiness for PI ceremonies and work together with the RTE and fellow Scrum Masters to improve the collaboration in the cluster.

Who you are
You would bring a servant leadership and software product development experience. We believe you can create an environment that foster high performing teams. You create drive and commitment naturally. It is important that you have integrity and a change management mind-set. You are used to working with multiple stakeholders and have the capability to facilitate workshops and perform activity & story mapping exercises.

Important to have previous ScM experience, Jira and preferable knowledge and experience in SAFe.

You should be solution oriented and delivery minded with a passionate drive with a problem-resolution approach. You are culture and people driven, with a team first mind-set.

You are flexible, open to new ideas and always looking for ways to improve.
