We are looking for an excellent UX writer to join our devoted Design and UX team! World’s Sports Group is a global company with a Swedish DNA. Founded in 2016, we offer a wide range of digital services for the endurance sports events industry. Our portfolio includes Worldsmarathons.com, where runners can discover and sign up for running events; RaceOffice, an organizer’s gateway to listing and selling tickets for their events, and Ahotu.com, the world’s largest endurance event calendar. Our mission is to make endurance sport more accessible and help athletes find unique and inspiring events right across the globe. As a UX writer, you will be supporting the product team with written content that is improving the customer experience, driving conversion, and building trust! You will be working with all areas of our tech stack which is broad and complex and in different stages of maturity. However, we do have a proven product and customers in 190 countries. We are looking for an experienced UX writer who’s a master of microcopy and passionate about writing simple, easy-to-understand copy. You’re technology-oriented, with a good understanding of main frameworks and the web development processes. You’re highly proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English and you have relevant web experience. You’re a critical thinker with an eye for detail. You’re up to date on trends in web content and UX, and a team player who can give and take feedback constructively. Key responsibilities: * Carry out UX writing tasks such as product flows using microcopy that explains our technical concepts and tools to non-developers * Develop a WSG tone of voice and style * Write user guides and articles aimed at non-developers * Conduct extensive product and user research * Own every stage of the content cycle, from brainstorming on initial wireframes to perfect copy * Collaborate with stakeholders across the company * Juggle multiple projects while prioritizing your tasks and meeting tight deadlines
