Bosch Thermoteknik AB develops, manufactures and sells a complete range of heat pumps. Our main focus lies in the development of energy-efficient products with particular focus on renewable energy. We are about 600 employees in Tranås. Our most famous brands are IVT and Bosch.

Your contribution to something big

• Lead and coach the team responsible for development of ground source and exhaust air heat pumps
• Plan and follow up of activities for the R&D lab team including:  
  • Test and validation
  • Mechanical design
  • Electrical design
• Interface with other teams within engineering and cross-functional
• Improvement of processes and tools

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English (due to our international working environment)

Preferred skills:

• University degree in engineering
• Experience in the field of thermodynamics
