Job Description

External and New Sales Channel Area’s mission is to extend our customer reach by opening up our assets to new and external sales channels. We do this in close collaboration with multiple teams across several areas within Business Tech, and functions such as Omni Expansion that is out outside of Business Tech.

Business Tech is now embarking on a journey where we will transition all our existing websites to HMs new Omni Commerce Framework. To enable and ensure a smooth and coordinated transition we are going to create a new Product team called “Future Commerce Transition” in the External and New Sales Channel Area. This is going to be a very interesting and challenging journey and we are now looking for a Product Owner for this team.

You will be instrumental in planning and creating the roadmap for our new omni commerce platform that seamlessly integrates all our channels and ecosystem partners to provide a customer experience characterized by openness, scalability, and a ridiculous speed of change.

Job description
As a product owner you will take responsibility and own the business and customer value delivered, set ambitious and clear product mission and OKRs and translate these into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog that drive agreed KPIs. In your role you will also maintain an in-depth understanding of market / industry landscape and customer needs through gathering & analyzing qualitative and quantitative insights to adjust strategy and priorities dynamically, Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to achieve rapid feedback cycles.

·Create a roadmap for the Future Commerce Transition, aligned with many key stakeholders

·Lead the Product - accountable for maximizing the value of the product resulting from the work of the team

·Clearly communicate the product mission, OKRs, and backlogs across the organization

·Monitor and manage financial impact of decisions and priorities of the product team

·Engage, communicate, and collaborate with product specific stakeholders within the H&M Group.

·Set a budget and follow up costs for product team

·Have a degree in business and/or engineering

·Experience in leading a cross functional team

·Experience working with external business partners, vendors, and suppliers

·Proven track record of strong salesmanship, communication, negotiation, and networking skills, both with internal and external partners

·Strong in planning, prioritizing, execution, and follow up together with a “can-do attitude”

·Motivated to work in an environment that allows you to work and take business decisions independently

·Previous experience of working in an agile, customer centric, product organization
