This is what you will do

In the position as IT Sourcing Manager, you will lead sourcing activities within the IT category at Lantmännen Group. This includes supplier evaluation, negotiation and renegotiation of contracts, extension and consolidation of contracts, and implementation activities. You will proactively review contracts and processes and participate in continuously updating the IT sourcing strategy together with IT Procurement team and relevant IT stakeholders. Additionally, there will be a need to handle escalations and manage suppliers in governance.

As IT Sourcing Manager at Lantmännen you will lead sourcing activities both for our group functions as well as for our business areas, which will give you a great exposure to the organization. You will also be responsible for managing agreements in various areas within the IT category, from application providers, system implementations or e-commerce solutions to providers of hardware or IT consultancy services. You will work in a cross-functional setting with stakeholders from the entire group.

The role is located in Stockholm and you will be part of a team of five, reporting to Manager, IT Procurement. Travelling will occur occasionally.

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

• An academic degree in the area of economics/law, engineering or other relevant area.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with IT procurement on a strategic level, preferably in an international environment.
• Proven experience of driving and negotiating IT sourcing projects and contract support and skills to ensure contract compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English.

• Communicative and skilled in stakeholder management. Someone who enjoys working proactively with your tasks and have excellent people and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate with stakeholders on different levels.
• You also need to enjoy setting structure and finding new ways of solving the tasks that will be within your responsibility.
• Flexible with an open mindset, where you have the ability to work both with small and large negotiations.
